The primary role involves creating positive guest experiences within the hotel lobby and reception area by providing courteous and efficient services, addressing inquiries, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities and events. This includes ensuring efficient handling of baggage and transport while collaborating closely with various front office departments. Candidates must have a minimum of PSLE completion or equivalent education and must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays. A positive attitude, outgoing personality, and good communication skills are essential, and no prior experience is necessary.
