Assistant Manager, Engineering (Orchard Rendezvous Hotel)

Oversee the mechanical and electrical (M&E) operations and maintenance of the property, including plant rooms and workshops. Lead the engineering team to ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and the execution of asset upgrading works. Requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and certifications in Fire Safety or Green Mark Management are advantageous.
