Programme Executive (Families For Life @ Communities Department)

As a Programme Executive for Families for Life @ Community (FFLC), you will be at the forefront of strengthening the social fabric of our community. You will implement and coordinate vital parenting and marriage support initiatives, acting as the bridge between families and the resources they need to thrive. Responsibilities: Work closely with community partners to engage families, identify needs, recommend suitable parenting and marriage programmes, and make referrals to relevant resources and services. Develop strategies and initiatives to promote and encourage participation in FFLC’s programmes for families in the Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang and Choa Chu Kang Regions. Publicises, schedules, coordinates, and facilitates evidence-based parenting and marriage programmes, as well as Family Life Education workshops requested by schools and community partners. Connect with clients, address presenting concerns, and make appropriate referrals for internal and external support services. Developing and designing publicity materials to promote FFLC services and programmes. Manage administration, outreach, registration, coordination, and facilitation for programmes under FFLC, and oversee the collation of data for output and outcome reporting. Conducts outreach to organisations and communities to raise awareness and encourage participation in FFLC programmes. Requirements: Community-Centric: A proactive professional with a heart for families and a resourceful approach to problem-solving. Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders strategically. Organized & Meticulous: High attention to detail in project management, administration, and data reporting. Adaptable: Comfortable with both high-level planning and "on-the-ground" facilitation. Flexibility: Availability to work some Saturdays and weekday evenings to meet the needs of working families. This position is on contract basis.
