Responsibilities Supervise daily salon operations to maintain smooth workflow and service standards Support the Salon Manager by coordinating staff schedules and managing team performance Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction through direct observation and feedback analysis Assist in training and coaching staff to enhance skills and improve service delivery Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean environment Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues promptly to uphold customer satisfaction Required competencies and certifications Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a beauty salon Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate staff effectively Customer-oriented approach with responsibility for maintaining service excellence Ability to work independently and manage pressure in a dynamic salon environment Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
