Game Developer

Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the architecture design, core module development, and continuous iterative optimization of the game client to ensure high performance and stability. 2. Deeply research cutting-edge AI tools and technologies, applying them practically to project R&D to drive quality and development efficiency. 3. Lead the formulation of front-end development workflows, coding standards, and technical specifications to establish efficient team collaboration. 4. Lead core technical troubleshooting to resolve critical front-end technical challenges and performance bottlenecks. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields; proficient in Unity3D. 2. 3+ years of experience in mobile/mini-game client development; experience successfully leading a game project from 0 to 1 is highly preferred. 3. Passionate about technical research, with a strong ability to explore and implement new technologies. 4. Passionate about gaming with a strong product mindset; ability to approach technical execution from a player experience and product perspective is a major plus. 5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and self-drive. 6. Due to work pass regulatory restrictions, this position is currently open to Singapore Citizens (SC) and Permanent Residents (PR) only.
