Sales Coordinator Company A well-established Japanese company specializing in premium fishing equipment and outdoor products. Employment Details Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 (depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Location: Raffles Place Overtime: Generally not required Employment Type: Initial 1-year contract with the possibility of renewal or long-term employment based on business needs and performance. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and manage sales orders Coordinate with factories on inventory availability and delivery schedules Arrange shipments and liaise with warehouses and logistics providers Prepare shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists Provide order updates and customer support Assist with basic accounting and administrative duties Requirements Experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Logistics, Order Processing, or Administration Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage Good written and spoken English Well-organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks independently Why Join?
