Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned, hands‑on professional to join us as Director You will take full charge of company operations, lead business and project expansion, and provide authoritative technical support across the F&B sector. We value deep practical experience above formal academic qualifications. Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership: Oversee all daily and strategic operations, set operational standards, optimise workflows, and ensure efficient, compliant business running Business & Project Development: Lead overall business growth, identify new markets, partners and revenue opportunities, and manage key projects from planning to successful delivery Industry Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance and solutions covering food production, product quality, process improvement, food safety compliance, troubleshooting and industry best practices Governance & Strategy: Contribute to long‑term strategic planning, uphold fiduciary duties, ensure full compliance with Singapore’s food safety, labour and corporate regulations, and represent the company with partners and authorities Requirements No formal academic qualification required – proven practical experience takes priority Minimum 20 years of hands‑on working experience in the F&B industry Solid track record in senior operational, business or technical leadership roles Deep knowledge of food production, kitchen/plant operations, quality control, supply chain and Singapore food safety regulations Strong leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills Eligible to work in Singapore;
