About this role

About the Role We are looking for an Sales Engineer to support post-project estate management and drive the adoption of service contracts, digital subscriptions, and estate enhancement solutions. You will be the key liaison for MCST councils and Managing Agents, ensuring a smooth handover after project completion and strengthening long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities 1.Estate Handover Management -Coordinate estate handover from Project to Service team at the end of the DLP. -Ensure all reports, documents, and commissioning details are completed. -Conduct estate walkthroughs and obtain formal acceptance. 2.Service & Maintenance Contracts -Present and explain service contract proposals. -Address queries, revise proposals, and track signing. -Monitor contract expiry and initiate renewals. 3.Hardware Solutions Promotion -Introduce solutions such as LPR, QR/mobile access, VMS, and FR. -Conduct demos and identify estate improvements. -Coordinate site surveys, quotations, and installations. 4.Subscription Management (iPlus / Genio360) -Manage annual subscription renewals. -Propose upgrades and ensure continuous service. -Educate clients on features and benefits. 5.Digital Solutions & Feature Adoption -Present new digital modules. -Conduct live demos and gather feedback. 6.Customer Relationship Management -Build strong relations with MCST councils and MAs. -Act as main post-handover contact. -Provide timely updates and coordinate internal support. 7.Internal Collaboration -Work with internal teams. -Maintain updated estate records. -Prepare proposals and documentation. What We’re Looking For -Diploma/Degree in relevant fields. -Strong communication and presentation skills. -Customer-oriented with strong follow-up discipline. -Experience with MCST/estate management is an advantage.
