What We’re Looking For • Minimum 5+ years of professional tattooing experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and artistic consistency • Excellent client communication and professionalism • Leadership ability to inspire and nurture the creative space and artists around them • Experience in any style welcomed (black & grey, realism, neo-traditional, fine line, Japanese, illustrative, colour work, etc.) What You’ll Get We actively invest in marketing, and brand building to help artists stay busy and grow their personal reputation.
