Food Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the activities of workers who process, packages, test, grade food and beverage products. Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other departments. Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality. Requisitioning materials and supplies. Ensuring food quality, sanitation and safety policies are followed. Managing inventory control and shipping activities. Implementing new procedures to lower inventory losses. Developing menu items and recipes for a variety of food products. Min. 3 years' experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team player.
