Admissions & Centre Growth Manager

We are an AI-powered education company building a new education model for the Singapore market. This is a full-time, on-site role in Singapore. We are looking for a hands-on admissions and centre growth operator who can help build student enrolment, speak with parents, support centre growth, and execute on the ground. This role is not a senior corporate strategy role. It is also not a mature admissions role inside a well-known branded institution where enquiries already come in naturally. The right person should understand Singapore parents, tuition or enrichment centre operations, and how to turn parent interest into paid student enrolments. Key Responsibilities • Build early student enrolment traction for the Singapore market • Handle parent enquiries, consultations, objection handling, enrolment follow-up, signing, retention, and renewals • Help bring in parent traffic through local outreach, referrals, partnerships, centre activities, roadshows, and community channels • Explain a new AI-enabled education concept in simple parent-facing language • Understand Singapore parent decision-making, local tuition competition, and centre-level enrolment behaviour • Work closely with founders to test what parents respond to and improve the offer based on market feedback • Support the parent journey from first contact to consultation, enrolment, follow-up, and renewal • Help improve admissions workflow, follow-up rhythm, service flow, and basic operating processes • Track parent feedback, conversion issues, student enrolment progress, and renewal opportunities • Execute in a fast-moving founder-stage environment where the model is still being refined Requirements • Strong experience in education admissions, enrolment, consultative sales, centre growth, or related education-facing commercial work • Relevant exposure to Singapore K12 tuition, enrichment, learning centres, private education, or similar parent-facing education services • Proven ability to speak with parents,…
