Experience / No Experience are welcome! (Need class 3 Driving License (2yrs)) Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries professionally and promptly. Promote and sell a wide range of over 300+ new and used car listings to individual and corporate customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models, financing options, and insurance packages. Conduct test drives and highlight key features and benefits of various car models. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of all vehicles in inventory, including specifications, promotions, and pricing. Leads provided Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships. Prepare accurate quotations, assist with loan applications, insurance, and trade-in valuations. Coordinate delivery processes smoothly and efficiently. Update and manage inventory listings across online portals (e.g., SgCarMart, Carousell, Facebook, Instagram etc). Provide excellent aftersales support and service follow-ups. Report sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management. (Salary: Will explain more during the interview)
