Job Summary You will manage inventory and stock movements in a cold storage environment, ensuring accurate records, timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and compliance with safety protocols to support efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities Update inventory lists to maintain accurate and current stock records Receive and dispatch goods while verifying stock movements against inventory records to ensure accuracy Check purchase orders against stock levels to confirm order correctness before processing Prepare delivery schedules to coordinate timely shipments and meet customer deadlines Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the storage facility to ensure operational readiness and safety Enter data accurately into the database to support real-time inventory tracking and reporting Maintain optimal stock levels to minimize storage costs and avoid stockouts Follow Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment Calculate storage and clearance costs to support effective cost management and budgeting Manage incoming and outgoing invoices to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and payment processing Required competencies and certifications Ability to work comfortably in a cold room environment to perform daily tasks safely Minimum 2 years of logistics or warehouse experience to handle inventory and stock operations effectively Willingness to perform shift work to support continuous warehouse operations Physical fitness to handle loads up to 20kg, to safely move and manage stock items Ability to read and write in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively Advanced computer skills to operate inventory management systems and databases. Able to speak Mandarin preferred.
