Driver Cum Warehouse & Logistic Assistant

Job Summary We are looking for a Driver cum Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to handle deliveries, warehouse operations, inventory management, and on-time shipments. The ideal candidate needs to have a clean driving record, solid logistics experience, strong communication skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Delivery Operations: Drive and deliver goods safely and on schedule to customers Warehouse Management: Handle daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products to meet delivery timelines Sales Coordination: Liaise with the sales team to align warehouse activities with sales orders and ensure timely order fulfillment Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure availability and accuracy Safety Compliance: Follow and enforce warehouse safety protocols, and recommend improvements to minimize risks and maintain a safe workplace Quality Checks: Perform electrical testing on products as part of warehouse operations to ensure quality and compliance with standards General Support: Carry out other warehouse and logistics-related tasks as assigned to support overall operations Required competencies and certifications Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence and forklift license to operate warehouse vehicles safely and legally Possess a minimum of 2 years of warehouse and logistics experience to effectively manage warehouse tasks Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and computer applications to maintain records and communicate efficiently Apply electrical knowledge to perform testing and support warehouse operations safely Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse workflow Work independently and manage stress effectively to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
