Clinical Healthcare Assistant

Support clinical operations by performing diagnostic tests, managing patient registration and communications, assisting doctors with procedures, maintaining medical equipment and supplies, and ensuring excellent patient care and clinic workflow. Responsibilities / Competencies Perform ECG, Spirometry, Eye, Hearing, Step, and Urine tests accurately to support diagnosis Organize laboratory and radiology testing for patients to ensure timely results Maintain medical equipment in good working order and conduct regular stock takes of medications and consumables to prevent shortages or expired items Use telemedical devices to assist doctors and nurses in patient care Assist doctors during various procedures, in-clinic tests, and services, including chaperoning patients Handle patient registration, phone calls, emails, and electronic communications efficiently Use Electronic Medical Records to document patient information accurately Dispense, manage, stocktake, and order medications to maintain proper inventory Maintain cleanliness and safety of the clinic environment to ensure a hygienic workspace Provide and follow up on in-clinic patient care services to support patient health and satisfaction Attend to additional patient or clinical requirements as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant experience in clinical healthcare support is welcome but not mandatory Ability to work independently with initiative and responsibility Meticulous attention to detail to avoid mistakes Punctuality and reliability in attendance and task completion Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct Other Information Part Time and Interns : Working hours: 4 to 6 hours Weekdays from 0900hrs Per hour rate varies depending on Healthcare/Clinical Experience For Intern Application: No Experience Necessary ( Training willl be provided) Successful applicants (PT / Interns) without qualifications or experience will receive in-house training Full Time Staff : Salary and Working Hours Working hours: 5.5-day week Weekdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm Saturdays: 8:30am to 12:30 noon Salary range: $1800 - $3000 depending on relevant experience Successful applicants without qualifications or experience will receive in-house training Application Instructions All applicants should send resumes/CVs via email to jobapplicantsg2020@gmail.com or apply at this portal Please write "Clinical Medical HealthCare Assistant" in the email subject line
