Plating Maintenance Technician

Main Duties And Responsibilities To Be Accomplished : • Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in Plating • Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment • Carry out all general maintenance work on plating line equipment, ie motor, pump rectifier etc. • Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment. • Liaise with vendor to do repair on equipment or process, cleanness • Purchase component and spare part related to electrical and control item to minimize the cost • Daily / periodic check, record and feedback all plating equipment for continuous operation • Support DI/waste treatment operation Requirements • Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical • More than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment • Able to read electrical drawing and Autocad experience • Able to work independently with minimum guidance. • Able to communicate effective • Willing to overtime when required Working hours: Shift work,2 shifts, 12 hours rotation (4 days work week)
