Job Summary The Sales Director is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of the company. The role oversees both the Sales and Operations teams, drives global market expansion across ASEAN, India, Europe, and North America, and holds full accountability for the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L). The sales director will lead sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation within the electronic components industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership • Define and execute the company’s global growth strategy aligned with board and shareholder objectives • Drive market expansion across ASEAN, India, Europe, and North America • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic investments • Ensure competitive positioning within the electronic components distribution / supply chain ecosystem 2. Sales & Market Expansion • Lead and oversee the global Sales organization • Develop regional sales strategies and revenue targets • Strengthen key customer and supplier relationships • Drive business development in high-growth and strategic markets • Ensure strong pipeline management and forecast accuracy 3. Operations & Supply Chain Management • Oversee the Operations team including supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory management • Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and service levels • Strengthen supplier partnerships and improve supply continuity • Ensure risk management and compliance across regions 4. Financial & P&L Accountability • Full responsibility for company-wide P&L performance • Drive revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and cost optimization • Ensure financial discipline, budgeting accuracy, and capital efficiency • Report financial and operational performance to the Board 5.
