Resident Technical Officer (C&S)

Job Description Required to do inspection for all materials and workmanship. Make sure that projects are strictly based on contracts and regulations. Ensure effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing and commissioning. Ensure smooth timely delivery of project. Liaise with customers, subcontractors and suppliers. Prepare project schedules, reports catalogues and submissions. Manager project contractual terms and conditions. Manage project budget on costing materials and labor etc. Review monthly Fire Projection Advise with Managers. Submit job completion and monthly progress claims. Attend Site and Office Meetings and prepare progress report. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Building Services or its equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Must be accredited with IES and ACES Strong Interpersonal and communication skills 5 days work
