Job Summary Join Food Concepts Group as a Chef De Partie, contributing your kitchen skills to deliver high-quality dishes in a dynamic restaurant environment. You will support senior chefs, maintain your station, and ensure every dish meets our standards. Responsibilities Assist Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef during service to coordinate timing and ensure smooth execution of dishes Prepare pastry dishes following company standards for taste, texture, presentation, and portion size Follow prescribed recipes and techniques to maintain ingredient quality and consistency in all preparations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of your station throughout service Communicate clearly with team members to report improvements, challenges, or resource needs in your section Ensure every dish prepared and served from your station meets the restaurant’s high-quality standards Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 3–4 years of relevant pastry or kitchen experience Demonstrate strong attention to detail by consistently producing high-quality food presentations Exhibit a positive and motivated attitude to collaborate effectively in fast-paced kitchen environments Show eagerness to learn and grow with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic Apply creativity and a results-driven approach to achieve culinary excellence Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required Immediate availability is an advantage
