Drafter Cum Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities Coordinate with designers, project managers, carpenters, and site teams Produce and update CAD drawings or assist engineers and designers to deliver precise technical documentation for projects Assist in cost estimation, quotation preparation, and tender documentation Perform quantity measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors. Handle project administration and documentation. Requirements Proficiency in basic AutoCAD for producing and updating technical drawings Basic understanding of interior design principles and building regulations. Good communication and time management skills Singaporean/PR and Malaysian are welcome
