Job Description & Requirements · Provide consistent professional spa massage (either body or foot) in accordance with spa standards. · Ensure high level of service standards · Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, Treatment rooms and other parts of the spa. · Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, · Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely · Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager Requirements · Preferably with ITEC / WSQ certificate or massage certification · Able to commit on weekends/public holidays · Able to work long hours and overtime · Pleasant personality and hardworking
