We are committed to developing educators into future leaders who will shape the future of learning. ++++++ 🗺️ The Opportunity & Location You will join us as a Full-Time Primary Math Teaching Specialist primarily based at our tuition centre in the Central (Novena) or East (Marine Parade), with the flexibility to support our other branches as required. ++++++ 📚 Your Role & Key Responsibilities (The Teaching Specialist) Your primary focus is to deliver exceptional student outcomes and contribute to our academic excellence. Curriculum Delivery: Execute the Formative Minds’ curriculum with fidelity (approximately 10 to 12 classes lessons per week , 2 hours per class). Data-Driven Feedback: Record students’ quiz results and utilise our proprietary data-analytics platform to monitor and analyse class and students' learning performance. Student & Parent Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, providing regular updates on performance and progress.
