Job Summary Develop and operate scalable machine-learning systems to power the company’s proactive smart assistant, ensuring high model quality, efficient performance, and continuous system improvement. Responsibilities Build, train, evaluate, and deploy production machine learning models to deliver reliable smart assistant capabilities Create and maintain robust data and experimentation pipelines to support model development and testing Optimize inference performance, model accuracy, and operational costs to enhance system efficiency Develop and implement evaluation methods that measure real-world usefulness of ML models Collaborate effectively with research, infrastructure, and product engineering teams to integrate solutions and align objectives Monitor production system behavior and apply improvements to maintain and elevate system quality continuously
