This individual will drive our technology roadmap, architect scalable software platforms, and spearhead the development of intelligent systems that integrate robotics, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to solve real-world engineering challenges. Core Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Design and implement a comprehensive, scalable Web-based framework (Frontend, Backend, and Database) to replace existing standalone models, ensuring seamless multi-terminal data synchronization. Vision Translation: Take high-level conceptual ideas and business logic from leadership and independently draft detailed Technical Proposals, system schemas, and actionable execution plans. AI & Data Strategy: Design the architecture to support AI Fusion, focusing on integrating machine learning models for automated defect classification, image recognition, and intelligent data analytics. Technical Mentorship: Act as the technical authority for the development team. Establish coding standards, manage development sprints, and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure architectural integrity. Systems Integration: Oversee the complex integration logic between the Web platform and robotic hardware, ensuring precise capturing and visualization of 3D spatial data (location, elevation, and severity). Technical Requirements Minimum 5 years in Full-stack software development, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architectural role.
