Responsibilities Manage budgets, operations, and production for multiple events across different geographical locations from initiation to completion Negotiate and liaise with stakeholders across APAC to secure quotations and manage procurement processes Conduct site inspections and take precise measurements to inform event planning and setup Apply for all necessary licenses and permits from relevant authorities to ensure compliance Prepare detailed pre-event planning documents and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and venue owners to facilitate smooth event setup Plan and source resources to support pre-event planning, on-site execution, and event coordination for successful delivery Conduct pre-event and on-site quality control checks on all event production elements and stakeholder deliverables Provide on-site operational support including manpower management to ensure efficient event execution Supervise and manage event setup to deliver high-quality event experiences Oversee transportation and delivery logistics for all equipment and event assets, ensuring accurate accounting and handling Coordinate post-event teardown and venue reinstatement to original condition Lead the team in developing proposals, sourcing, and preparing quotations for clients Collaborate closely with the Account Servicing team to translate approved concepts and proposals into reality Follow up promptly on client requests to enhance proposals and meet expectations Take and prepare minutes during meetings and presentations, supporting administrative tasks as needed Guide and collaborate with team members to collectively produce successful events Required competencies and certifications Proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for event documentation and tracking Prior experience in Event Operations and Client Servicing, including live events, conferences, and exhibitions Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience in event operations and client servicing Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Event Management or equivalent Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative team player Strong communication and negotiation skills to articulate ideas effectively Preferred competencies and qualifications Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or AutoCAD to support event production design (advantageous) Experience executing events in multiple geographical locations (advantageous) Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, site inspections, and event execution Preferably specialized in Events Management or equivalent Other Information Full-Time position available
