Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Reports to: Chief Executive Officer Location: Singapore (Remote) Role Summary The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for developing and executing the company's global commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, international expansion and long-term shareholder value. Working closely with the CEO and Board, the CCO will lead all commercial functions including sales, marketing, business development, regulatory commercialisation, operations and strategic partnerships. Company The company is a TGA listed medicine looking to register, license and sell its products globally after regulatory market approvals. It is a small company with ambitious plans. Selling primarily to aesthetics markets and to medical professionals. Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy ● Develop and execute the global commercial strategy and product roadmap. ● Drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets. ● Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships. Business Development ● Secure and manage global distribution partnerships. ● Lead commercial negotiations and market expansion. ● Build relationships with key customers, partners and industry leaders. Commercial Operations ● Oversee commercial regulatory strategy, supply planning and product launches. ● Ensure operational readiness to support global growth. ● Develop scalable commercial systems and processes. Leadership ● Build and lead a high-performing commercial team. ● Establish KPIs, forecasting and performance management. ● Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and execution. Executive Leadership ● Partner with the CEO on company strategy and growth initiatives. ● Support budgeting, forecasting, Board reporting and investor activities. ● Contribute to the Company’s long-term strategic direction. Experience ● Executive leadership experience within biotechnology, beauty, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare. ● Proven track record of scaling international commercial businesses. ● Strong experience in global distribution, licensing agreements, healthcare regulatory environments, sales and strategic partnerships. ● Commercially astute with excellent leadership and negotiation skills. ● Experience working with Boards, investors and high-growth companies is desirable.
