TheRole We are lookingfor a Cross Border Marketing Executive who is confident operating at theintersection of China and Singapore business cultures. This role sits closer to business development and client relationship management than pure contentexecution: you will be the bridge between our Chinese-speaking clients,partners and platforms on one side, and our Singapore/SEA operations on theother — building relationships, developing leads, and coordinating campaignsthat cross both markets. KeyResponsibilities · Develop and manage relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, partners, vendors and influencers,acting as the primary liaison for cross-border accounts · Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Singapore, Southeast Asia and China throughnetworking, referrals and proactive outreach · Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across Xiaohongshu (RED), · Conduct market research andcompetitor analysis to inform cross-border marketing and business expansion strategy · Prepare quotations, proposals,contracts and business development reports for prospective and existing clients · Coordinate with internal teams,clients and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery and campaignexecution · Provide after-sales support andmaintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business · Support campaign reporting andanalytics tracking, translating results for both Chinese and English-speakingstakeholders WhatWe're Looking For · Relevant Qualification in Marketing,Communications, Business or a related field · Strong proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)—able to negotiate and build trust with Chinese-speaking clients and partners · Prior work experience spanning both China and Singapore, with a genuine understanding of Chinese business culture and market context · Demonstrated business development or sales experience — comfortable identifying leads, running client conversations, and closing on proposals · Good communication, negotiationand coordination skills · Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms like RED · Organised, proactive and ableto multitask across multiple client accounts and projects Salarywill commensurate with experience and qualifications.
