Job Summary Join Kaneko Optical as a fully registered Optometrist to deliver expert eye care using exclusive lens brands and handcrafted frames, while continuously enhancing your refraction and adjustment skills in a supportive, training-focused environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and prescribe appropriate lenses using exclusive lens brands Apply advanced refraction techniques to ensure precise vision correction and patient satisfaction Adjust and polish handcrafted frames, including integrating fixed nosepads, to enhance fit and comfort Participate actively in continuous training programs to refine refraction and frame adjustment skills Provide personalized patient consultations to recommend suitable eyewear solutions without the use of edging or contact lenses Maintain professional standards and compliance as a fully registered optometrist Collaborate with a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand quality Required competencies and certifications Full registration as an Optometrist (explicitly stated as "Optometrist | Full Reg") Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant optometry experience Other Information Location Ngee Ann City Working Hours 5 working days per week Shift options: 9.30am - 7.30pm or 12pm - 10pm 9 hours per day excluding break 8 days off per month Compensation and Benefits Gross salary: $3800 - $4500/month Out-of-Box (OOB) License support Medical expenses coverage Contact Eunice — eunice@kaneko-optical.sg
