Taking off quantities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans at various project stages Monitor project costs and cash flow to ensure financial control Administer contracts, including valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contractual documentation Manage tender processes, including evaluation and recommendation of award Work closely with project manager, engineer, and site team Maintain accurate project documentation and records Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and statutory requirements Support project close-out and handover processes
