Information Technology Business Partnering Director

Job Description Lead overall program governance, planning, and execution across all workstreams. Serve as the primary delivery lead for FPT, overseeing execution and collaboration with eBao and other vendors. Define and manage program KPIs, milestones, and quality frameworks. Establish and chair governance meetings, risk reviews, and steering committee sessions. Oversee delivery of configuration, integration, and migration workstreams. Drive alignment across internal (onsite/offshore) and external partners. Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget. Job Requirements Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology, including significant experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance industry, with proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs and managing complex, multi-vendor delivery environments Proven track record in leading large-scale, mission-critical core system implementations and digital transformation programs. Deep expertise in the eBao core insurance platform, including eBaoCloud and General/Life Core Systems. Strong hands-on experience in configuration architecture, data migration, and enterprise integration. Ability to work closely with technical teams to resolve complex delivery challenges. Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and executive communication skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
