M22 - Product Manager

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and drive the technical product roadmap aligned with business objectives. Identify product opportunities and develop strategies based on user needs and technical capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product vision, objectives, and success metrics. Technical Leadership Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and support architecture decisions. Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed features and recommend alternatives where necessary. Balance technical debt with new feature development. Guide technical decision-making with consideration for scalability, performance, maintainability, and long-term sustainability. Product Development Develop detailed technical specifications, requirements, and user stories. Prioritise the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical constraints. Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and grooming sessions. Manage dependencies across multiple technical workstreams. Stakeholder Management Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and software engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. Work with business process owners and relevant stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate business and technical requirements. Data & Analytics Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data and analytics to support product decisions and continuous improvement. Monitor technical metrics, system performance, and product effectiveness. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience in software development projects. Minimum 2 years of experience working in Agile environments and with cloud platforms. Strong ability to work independently and effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience developing business cases and user stories. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and participate in stakeholder requirements discussions. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. Good knowledge of web, mobile, and cloud technologies, including their impact on solution design and technical feasibility. Added Advantages Experience with Confluence and Jira.
