Business Development Manager

Frank Lighthouse Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Manager to support the company's strategic growth within the training and professional development sector, specialising in Information and Communications, Finance, and Professional Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential business opportunities, developing business proposals, establishing and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional stakeholders, supporting partnership and collaboration initiatives, coordinating business development activities, preparing business agreements and related documentation, assisting in the development of new training programmes and service offerings, representing the company at industry events and professional engagements, collaborating with internal teams on strategic initiatives. Specific Responsibilities 1. Conduct market and industry research to identify business opportunities and emerging trends within the training and professional development sector. 2. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation for partnership and business development initiatives. 3. Establish and maintain professional relationships with corporate, institutional, and industry stakeholders to support collaboration opportunities. 4. Coordinate meetings, discussions, and business development activities with clients, partners, and internal teams. 5. Support the development of new training programmes, service offerings, and strategic business initiatives. 6. Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and professional engagements while providing administrative and business development support as required.
