About this role
This role is responsible for developing and executing a targeted sales strategy focused on collateral management opportunities on crypto-native exchanges, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. The VP will also be tasked with proactively growing product adoption with existing clients and expanding the digital asset product line-up across various institutional trading groups.
Successful candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in digital assets, hedge funds, trading operations, and collateral management. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are required, alongside a demonstrated history of selling to hedge funds, exchanges, and market makers.
