Senior Assistant Director, Portfolio Management, Frasers Property Industrial

This role owns end-to-end portfolio analytics and valuation strategy for Frasers Property Industrial’s global portfolio, ensuring accurate monitoring, benchmarking, and reporting to support executive decision-making. Key duties include maintaining the central data lake, overseeing external valuations for approximately 200 assets, managing market intelligence processes, and providing strategic support for capital allocation reviews. Candidates must possess 5–8 years of experience in real estate analytics, valuation, or portfolio management, with demonstrated experience coordinating across international borders in regions like Australia, Europe, and/or Asia. Essential qualifications include strong financial acumen, deep understanding of valuation methodologies, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus, alongside excellent executive-level reporting skills.
