Senior Building Technician, Tiong Bahru Plaza/Central Plaza

Maintain M&E services and civil aspects of the shopping mall to ensure optimal operational levels and adherence to SOPs. Perform routine inspections, minor repairs, and troubleshoot equipment failures while coordinating with contractors for emergency repairs. Requires a NITEC in Building Services, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and be available to work a 6-day week including shifts and public holidays.
