Dental Surgery / Clinic Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities To provide assistance in all forms of dental procedures to the dental surgeon(s) on duty promptly. To wash, sterilize and store all appropriate dental instrument and equipment. To take x-rays for assessment and treatment planning. To maintain cleanliness and neatness of treatment rooms at all times. To maintain cleanliness of dental instrument. To send, receive and monitor cases that are sent to dental laboratories. To make sure there is sufficient dental material stock. Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Supervisor Requirements Newcomers welcome! (1-2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience is an advantage) Willing to work weekends IT savvy Additional Information: Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Observe good work ethic and display good moral standards Adaptable and flexible with working arrangements Team player Able to work independently with minimum supervision Good communication and interpersonal skills On-the-job training will be provided to candidates with no prior dental assisting experience
