On behalf of one of our client in Data as a Service (DaaS) specialising in freight data management for shippers and 4PL logistics providers, the FCCS is looking for a Sales Representative. Their platform helps organisations reduce logistics costs, improve delivery performance, and lower carbon emissions through accurate, consolidated freight data and their client base includes multinational market leaders across retail, luxury, healthcare, and industrial sectors. As they are expanding their footprint in the ASEAN region, they are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join their Singapore team. Position The focus of this role is on driving new business development and expanding revenue within existing accounts across Singapore and the wider ASEAN region. You will collaborate closely with a remote prospecting team responsible for lead generation and initial client outreach. In this role, you will promote subscription-based access to the company’s flagship cost management solution, a comprehensive platform providing freight invoice management, cost optimisation capabilities, and real-time analytics dashboards. You will report directly to the co-founder and CEO of the company, which recently established a base in Singapore to develop the business. This position also offers strong growth potential with a pathway towards a future Managing Director role. Key Responsibilities • Drive new business acquisition across three target segments: ASEAN subsidiaries of large international corporations; 4PL logistics providers based in Singapore and Singaporean SMEs with significant freight activity • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead through to signed contract • Build and nurture relationships with existing Singapore-based clients to grow account revenue • Represent the company at industry events and in client meetings across the region • Provide market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy Requirements Minimum 7 years of confirmed B2B sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics sector A true hunter profile: proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven Prior experience with global or regional freight operators or digital freight platforms strongly preferred Familiarity with freight/logistics technology platforms (e.g. WiseTech or equivalent) Proven track record selling to large international accounts Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working independently in a lean, start-up environment (initially a 2-person Singapore office) Ability to articulate and sell a value-based, success fee commercial model to prospects Fluent in English
