Facility Management Executive

Job Title FACILITY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE Occupation EXECUTIVE Job Description & Requirements As an Operations Executive, Cleaning Services, you will be responsible for the following duties: Supervise day-to-day cleaning activities, ensuring services are delivered on time and meet both company and client expectations. Provide high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premises. Oversee site supervisors and cleaners to ensure smooth operations, including recruitment for cleaners, manpower planning, scheduling, and attendance tracking. Develop strong client relationships, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Perform inspections and conduct safety risk assessments. Manage inventory of cleaning materials and equipment, including ordering and stock controlling. Willing to travel around Singapore to manage different projects. Ensure compliance with local government legislation (eg. Employment Act, Foreign Manpower Act, Workplace Safety). Carry out additional ad-hoc tasks assigned.
