Facilities Engineer

Job Title: Facilities Engineer Reporting To: Facilities Manager / Senior Engineer Role Objective: Manage engineering systems, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and optimize asset performance while maintaining SLA and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for Hard Services systems performance: ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, Lifts, Plumbing, ELV Plan, review, and optimize PM strategies and maintenance regimes. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and propose corrective actions. Manage and review vendor performance, quotations, and scope of works. Prepare technical evaluations, method statements, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with local authorities and regulations (e.g. BCA, SCDF, EMA). Support audits (internal, client, statutory). Review technical aspects of Variation Orders (VOs). Assist FSM in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Qualifications & Experience Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services). 5 years of FM engineering experience.
