Production Engineer

Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to meet delivery schedule Coordinate different sections within the operation department to ensure material availability for jobs and carry out cost control Inform Production Manager to prevent the occurrence of any production shortfall with respect to the delivery schedule Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity Analysis and troubleshoot manufacturing issue and process improvement Evaluate and recommend processes improvement Conduct training for supervisor, technician and operator and ensure that all staffs adhere to safety rules Manage good housekeeping practice of the workshop and premise Prepare and update all assigned reports Any other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent 1~ 2 years of working experience in the related field Experience in managing a team of production operators and technicians Good analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
