Operations Coordinator (Vending Machine Operations)

Job Description Frostie Pte. Ltd. operates automated soft serve vending machines across Singapore. We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations Coordinator to support the daily servicing, replenishment, maintenance and smooth operation of our machines. Responsibilities Perform routine machine servicing, cleaning, sanitising and operational checks. Replenish ingredients, cups, toppings and other consumables. Transport stock, cleaning supplies and equipment between locations. Assist with machine setup, deployment and basic troubleshooting. Follow servicing schedules and maintain accurate service and stock records. Respond to operational issues when required. Communicate professionally with site personnel and customers. Requirements Comfortable performing hands-on work and travelling between locations. Responsible, punctual and able to work independently. Possess a valid motorcycle licence. Have regular access to a motorcycle suitable for carrying work supplies. Able to safely carry and transport stock and consumables. Comfortable using WhatsApp and mobile applications for work reporting. Experience in vending operations, F&B, delivery, servicing or maintenance is an advantage.
