Operation Management Associate

Reporting to the Site/Operations Manager, the Operations Management Associate will be deployed to support day-to-day operational functions at assigned client locations. This role provides hands-on exposure to operations management, compliance, and coordination across various environments. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Support the Site/Operations Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations at assigned locations Uphold and enforce company policies, as well as ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements Serve as a point of contact for on-site personnel, clients, and service providers Conduct routine operational checks, including hygiene, safety, and inventory monitoring where applicable Perform periodic audits (e.g. cash handling, documentation, or operational compliance) Assist in coordination of service workflows, including order handling or operational processes where required Maintain overall standards of site presentation, cleanliness, and staff professionalism Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers for operational support Identify areas for improvement and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related discipline Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (based on deployment needs) Well-groomed with a professional and approachable attitude Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Comfortable handling basic audit tasks (e.g. cash, inventory, or compliance checks) Flexible and open to deployment across different locations or projects
