Indoor Sales / Sourcing Specialist (Marine Industry)

Key Responsibilities Prepare quotations and follow up closely to secure orders Respond to customer enquiries, including urgent and technical requests Source products locally and internationally, including hard-to-find items Maintain strong communication with customers and suppliers Resolve issues by coordinating between customers and vendors Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service Build long-term relationships with clients Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service-oriented mindset Problem-solving attitude and persistence in sourcing Comfortable handling urgent requests and tight deadlines Ability to manage technical queries (training provided if needed) Experience in marine industry or ship chandelling preferred Familiar with working beyond office hours when required Ideal Candidate Enjoys challenges and finding solutions Proactive and resourceful Understands delivering value to customers Resilient and does not give up easily after initial failures Experience in similar fast-paced industries is an advantage
