About this role

The HR Executive will support and manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for all employee levels, ensuring smooth HR operations in compliance with Singapore employment laws. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external agencies, as well as providing day-to-day HR support to employees. The incumbent will also handle work pass applications, employee records management, and support various HR projects and reporting requirements. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Support and Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings (JobStreet, MyCareersFuture), interview scheduling, and liaising with hiring managers and recruitment agencies. Manage and coordinate onboarding processes, including IT coordination, orientation programs, HRIS profile creation, insurance administration and conducting HR orientations. Oversee offboarding procedures, schedule exit interviews, and maintain accurate employee records and master lists. Handle employee confirmations, contract renewals, re-employment, retirements, and work pass applications/renewals. Prepare and maintain HR reports and presentations for management and townhalls. Support payroll updates, employee promotions, market adjustments, and job changes. Maintain HR SOPs and assist with skills-based training initiatives. Provide ad-hoc HR support including employee engagement activities and liaising with corporate departments on projects. Performs other duties as assigned by Senior HR Manager Minimum Educational (Formal Training, Languages, Abilities) And Experience Requirements: Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore. IHRP CA Certified Associate has an added advantage. Other Requirements: Strong organization, administrative and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS and other HR Software. Knowledge and experience in Justlogin, Times Software and Octomate HRIS is an added advantage. Good Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations Ability to work independently and collaborative within a team.
