Cyber Security Solution Architect role combine strategic pre-sales with consulting-led solutioning, positioning as a trusted advisor to clients. The role translates client business priorities into actionable security architecture, design and/or roadmaps while shaping demand and influencing large, complex cybersecurity deals. Partnering closely with sales, account teams, and client stakeholders, the architect drives outcome-driven cybersecurity solutions aligned to client risk, regulatory, and digital transformation objectives. Responsibilities: • Drive new business by working with sales and partners. Proactively identify opportunities, define problem statements, and architect outcome-driven cybersecurity solutions • Drive proactive pipeline growth in existing accounts through deep farming and own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrated cybersecurity deals across system security integration and managed security services • Drive win strategy, solution differentiation, and value articulation for large, complex security deals • Lead RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, solution discussion and proposal development for cybersecurity services • Engage clients to identify security requirements, collaborate with SMEs and/or partners and bid team, and validate security design and pricing • Develop high-quality client artefacts including presentations, proposal responses and security architectures and design • Engage clients to assess current security maturity, co-create desired architectures and recommend phased approaches • Provide CISO-level advisory and thought leadership to enhance deal winnability and long-term sustainability engagements • Evaluate and recommend future technologies and methodologies to enhance security services and offerings Experience: • Minimum five (5) years of relevant Cybersecurity experience • Minimum three (3) years of experience in presales / customer-facing architecture roles • Ability to translate business requirement into effective technical solutions • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity-led infrastructure, application and digital engineering offerings, delivery models and secure-by-design solutioning • Deep insights into IT and cybersecurity trends • Broad cybersecurity technology depth across on premise, cloud, zero trust, data security, identity, endpoint and AI-driven security platforms • Understanding of industry-specific risk and regulatory • Familiarity with compliance and security standards including ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST, SOC 1, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS etc • Experience preparing technical proposal, solution architecture documents, and cost estimates • Proven ability to communicate and present cybersecurity architectural / proposal and security strategies to customer senior stakeholders
