Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage construction and fit-out projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical and project-related matters. Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance and quality standards. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure works are completed according to schedule. Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Manage project documentation, submissions, and approvals where required. Support management in resource planning, budgeting, and project execution. Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, technical drawings, and site coordination. Good communication and leadership skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
