We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, build long-term business relationships, and identify new growth opportunities. Job Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business deals. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account management. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project implementation and excellent customer satisfaction. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM or internal reporting systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are welcome to apply. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good presentation and proposal preparation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Possess a Class 3 driving licence (advantageous but not mandatory).
