About this role
• Project Planning & Monitoring • Follow-up & prepare report on work site progress • Work closely with Project Manager on co-ordination & planning for work. • Attend site meeting. • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions and most importantly, on schedule. • Co-ordinate all aspects of works with client & sub-contractors. • Control the use of site resources and overall project cost & also monitor and control wastage on site. • Responsible for all site documents and paperwork’s filling and record. • Daily planning for site workers. • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior. • All the drawings Prepared in time and as per the specifications and quality requirements. • Prepare AutoCAD drawings, such as plans, elevations, sections & details. • Knowledge if Singapore local codes & regulations. • Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit/3D Modelling/ Microsoft Programmes/ BIMwill be an advantage • Able to work independently and to coordinate with Architects, Designers, Client and Site team Requirements • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management • Ensuring project deadlines are met. • Determining project changes. • Undertaking project tasks as required. • Developing project strategies. • Possess problem-solving, analysing and reporting skills. • Ability to work on tight deadlines • Possess supervisory skills with manpower planning experiences. • Independent with high level of initiative and fast learner. • Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit. • Positive attitude in learning. • Singapore Class 3 driving license will be an advantage. • Candidate must possess at least ITE / Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. • At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in construction firm in Singapore, planning and schedule management • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word application and AUTOCAD. • Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification
