Accounts Executive

Company Overview G & W Ready-Mix Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality ready-mix concrete. We serve diverse projects islandwide, including institutions, private/industrial sectors, piling jobs, and HDB developments. Job Summary Manage comprehensive accounting functions to ensure compliance with management and statutory reporting. Prepare audit reports, reconciliations, payment instructions, and coordinate inter-company transactions to maintain financial accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities Perform full-spectrum accounting functions aligned with management and statutory reporting requirements Prepare monthly audit reports, schedules, bank reconciliations, quarterly GST reports, and government statistics reports as needed Generate reimbursement invoices and inter-company billing accurately and timely Develop payment proposals based on due dates and obtain necessary approvals Create payment instructions (GIRO, FAST, TT) with complete supporting documents for approval Coordinate and reconcile inter-company transactions with affiliated companies Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to facilitate audits and compliance Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for financial documents Execute additional duties assigned by management to support business operations Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent qualification) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP system Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through accurate financial reporting and reconciliation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external parties High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial documentation Ability to work independently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, meticulous, and dedicated to maintaining financial integrity Collaborative team player who contributes positively to group objectives
