HR Operations & Payroll (Veterinary Centre)

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented HR professional to support both staff operations and HR/office operations across 2 veterinary centers. This role combines recruitment coordination, vendor management, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations. You will be supporting a team of 40. What You’ll Do Staff Operations & Vendor Management Manage hiring pipelines for sales roles through external recruitment agencies Act as the key point of contact for recruitment agents, aligning on hiring requirements and candidate profiles Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure smooth candidate progression across hiring stages Track pipeline performance and maintain visibility of hiring progress Support hiring campaigns and ensure timely fulfilment of hiring needs Primary person in charge for application of various employment passes Management and coordination of student internships HR Operations, Payroll & Office Administration Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and on time transfer of staff salaries Maintain employee records and HR systems in compliance with local regulations Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination Handle day-to-day HR operations such as leave tracking, attendance, and employee queries Support office administration, including vendor coordination, supplies, and basic facilities management Assist in implementing and improving HR policies, processes, and workflows
